"Adventure therapy is a form of experiential therapy that uses challenging adventure activities to aid the healing process." Adventure therapy helps to promote self-efficacy, executive function, self-awarness, growth mindset and healthy identity development.
With the help of an adventure life coach, you will set up and plan your individual challenges and goals. You will implement your goals in rejuvenating outdoor experiences.
When going outdoors, you won't just participate in the activity; you will learn how to be autonomous.

Mindfulness involves paying attention to what is going on inside and outside ourselves, moment by moment. It focuses on reconnecting with our bodily sensations and becoming aware of our thoughts and emotions.
Mindfulness can help you deal with issues more adequately. You can ask yourself: "Is trying to solve this problem by brooding about it helpful, or am I just getting caught up in my thoughts?"
